But as soon as the Saitek Control System is on, it doesn't work anymore. I loaded up the profile editor again after that, and tested the profile there, now it showed up as "F" when pressing the trigger and all the other. I tried reinstalling the Saitek programs. So, I guess there is something wrong with the profile? I dunno. If I press buttons on my keyboard or mouse, they do show up however. I pressed the test profile in the editor, and no matter what buttons on my HOTAS I press, nothing shows up there.
But I have no idea how this editor works, or if there are options or something that can mess with stuff. I check the profile under profile editor, but there it says "F" on the trigger as well. However, even though I have loaded the X52ProEliteV223 profile to my Saitek Control System, the game still recognizes the trigger as a trigger, and not as "F". I see that the binds file probably worked, example, "F" is listed under weapons and fire primary weapon. I guess 2.3 broke it?Īwright, I read some of the others here had some troubles as well. Using the generator, it shows almost all the buttons as blank when I load up the binds file. I'm trying to set up this now, but whenever I set the controls to the binds file provided, there is almost no binds set to the actual joystick. The Alternate flight commands are now working properly with a "hack" I made to the binds file. It is working with the latest release of Astra that came out this week with all of the engineer locations, on my mark commands, and ED Journal interactions. It will now show up as a pre-built configuration in the in game controller drop down. So, now both the X52Pro AND the X52 "ELITE" setup are compatible with HCS voice packs.
